Breakfast:
Large Black Coffee, 1/2 pancake
snack: Granola bar
Lunch: Skipped was really busy (bad I know)
Dinner: Brown Rice
Drink:Green Tea and Water
Exercise: Nothing Yet
Today was a busy day. I had so much work to do with candles that I forgot to eat lunch and have yet to exercise. I still may fit it in if I can between candles batches.

I totally fell off the wagon Friday night & Sean & I had Chinese for dinner - soup, egg roll & crab ragoons - I will get back on it tomorrow!

Teri...I know what you mean! I ate 1/2 a Tony's Pizza on Thursday night. This week will be better because I was able to get some weight watchers smart ones on sales at Meijer. So NO EXCUSES for me this week!
